DAY 1: SUNDAY, April 27. HONORING GOLD STAR FAMILIES

HUNTINGTON / COMMACK / NORTHPORT

Opening ceremonies: location to be determined – 10:00 AM

START: Huntington Town Hall – 11:00 AM

PICK UP RUNNERS: 10K RUN – American Legion, 7 Woodside Avenue, Northport – 5:00 p.m

FINISH:  Northport Village Dock, 1 Main Street, Northport (1/2 mile from start)
 

• Runners: Suggested $30 donation fee allows you to participate in 1 or more days' events. You will also receive a commemorative T-shirt and challenge coin while supplies last.

Sunday is the kickoff to the week-long event.

Opening Ceremonies to be determined.

Part 1 - The run will take us through Huntington, Centerport and Commack, finishing in Northport.  We will include stops along the way at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial, the Commack Fire House, as well as several other memorials along the way. 

Part 2 - Participation runner distance will be 6 miles. We will include stops along the way at the Northport VA Hospital and the Wall of Wars, along with several stops in Northport.
